TheWelwyn Festival Exhibitions are held at the Welwyn
Civic Centre, Prospect Place, Welwyn.

10am and 4pm (last admission 3pm).
You may note the proviso, it
is intended, the proviso is because of a lack of interest by local people in exhibiting their work and joining in with
the event, and a lack of the personal funds to maintain a changing exhibition each year without those people joining in.
The core of the event is a local history exhibition and an exhibition of photography
by invited photographers. The Ayots and Welwyn WI will be staging their exhibition of artistic
and craft works. They will also be providing tea, coffee and sustinance for those visiting the event. Welwyn's 30 Art
Group will be exhibiting and selling paintings in the main hall. There will also be an exhibition and sale of sculptures by
local artists.
Admission is free and there is a sales table selling the local history
books and pictures, plus a few other odds and ends, and donations towards future exhibitions are always welcome.
